12-month warranty against manufacturing defects

Every piece is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects — a faulty clasp, a broken link, or a plating flaw present on arrival. If that happens, we'll repair or replace it free.

What's covered: clasp failure, broken or separated links, and plating defects present when your order arrives.

What's not covered: normal wear and tear, scratches, gradual fading from everyday use, damage from improper care (perfume, harsh chemicals, pools, saltwater, long soaking), accidental damage, or loss and theft.

Keep it looking its best

Wipe it with a soft cloth to bring back the shine. Take it off for swimming pools, saltwater and long soaks, and avoid spraying perfume or chemicals directly on the chain.
