You may return any item within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be in their original condition.
Lifetime Anti-Tarnish Warranty
If your piece fades, tarnishes, or turns your skin within normal wear, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us with your order number and a photo.
How to Start a Return

- We'll send you the return instructions and the return address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable.

Want a different size or style? Start a return and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it at no cost.
Non-Returnable
Items damaged through misuse or normal wear beyond the warranty terms.
